Lead the development and delivery of the global People & Culture strategy, partnering with leaders from across the business to build culture, performance and capability.

Took a career break to move with my husband from London to Colorado, spending time enjoying all that the Rocky Mountains have to offer. Also spent some time volunteering with a US Not For Profit, helping recruit and on-board volunteers for overseas health missions.

A member of the Senior Leadership team, responsible for leading the OD function, developing and implementing a strategy around organisational culture, talent and leadership.

Responsible for building organisational effectiveness; creating tools, frameworks, capability and principles around how change leadership, organisation design, diversity & inclusion, and HR insights across the business.

Lead business partner to the Global leadership team for Lacoste footwear; with responsibility for Organisation Design, Communications, Leadership Development, HR Strategy, and Engagement.

A three month sabbatical that included rock climbing in the Greek Islands, eating my way through Italy, and creating a new home in the UK.

A member of several divisional leadership teams, I partnered directly with Directors and senior leaders in order to develop and implement HR strategies to support commercial outcomes. This included initiatives around succession planning, talent management, leadership capability, culture and structure. Developed Westfield's Diversity & Inclusion framework and approach, including sponsorship of Internal networks, flexible working practices and more. Created a series of change initiatives to broaden and build organisational capability and performance. Developed and facilitated a range of programs aimed at building the Talent pipeline for divisional partners. Responsibilities also included coaching of front line managers, change management, employment relations, OD interventions, policy development and recruitment.

A member of the leadership team for the ANZ Consumer Goods Supply Chain division, as well as business partner to the Pharmaceutical division. Responsible for HR planning, Change Management, Succession planning, Graduate recruitment, Manager coaching and training, ER, IR, Talent Management, Engagement, Policy development, Workers Compensation.

Led a series of projects and change initiatives with organisations across the FMCG, travel, and publishing industries. Projects included a focus on organisational restructuring, policy development, engagement, reward, training facilitation, industrial relations.

Created the HR function and led the development of HR frameworks and processes to support this Open Source IT business.

HR Business Partner to the Performing Arts and Security portfolios.

Led the HR function for Ryde Hospital, and partnered with Womens and Childrens Health, covering a portfolio of over 1000 multi-disciplined health professionals and support staff.
