Marketing Project Manager 

Project Management

*Responsible for creating the strategic planning around product launches and brand campaigns which includes the development of themes, audiences, and selection of marketing vehicles.

*Collaborate, communicate, and align with cross-functional partners such as sales, engineering, and operations to obtain visibility of all product launches to establishing timelines and scopes of all marketing projects.

*Coordinate meetings and next steps updates for all teammates, in addition to templatizing the diverse types of campaigns developed in the company to streamline marketing project workflows.

*Oversaw 65+ external vendor partners and the internal category team as the Project Manager while supporting 242 retail stores and direct digital channels with data integrity for products in my assigned categories.

*Led asset development for all vendor marketing campaigns in my categories while serving as the primary point of contact for
partners/suppliers and administering the proofing cycle for all seasonal print ads.

*Directed the asset transfer from vendors to the internal marketing teams, prepared vendor setup contracts and agreement changes during the partnership, and reviewed certificates of insurance and endorsement letter requirements for the assigned category.

Assistant Category Manager -Electronics

*Served as the Project Manager for all grand openings, boat shows, and local store marketing events, designed store event pages
via the E-commerce site, and developed all creative briefs for marketing materials needed to support events.

* Identified, analyzed, and maintained KPI measurements to prove ROI for marketing efforts, in addition to assisting with all events,
store openings, closures, and relocations.

Marketing Event Coordinator

* Functioned as the lead product educator for 33 associates for prestige products, served as the sales manager for all prestige
products, and conducted training associated with attaining weekly sales goals.

*Acted as the main point of contact for all planogram changes tied to the corporate marketing calendar, in addition to participating in brand training to strengthen product knowledge.

Prestige Sales Manager 

* Designed and delivered daily posts for social media channels, examined social media engagement and channel growth data, and
partnered with the internal photographer to plan and coordinate content shoots.

* Produced social media KPI reports for senior leadership and assisted the PR manager with community outreach opportunities,
events, and product highlights.

Digital Marketing - Social Media 

*Served as the Account Manager for 1.5K Specialty Retail and Military accounts in the US, as well as the Project Manager for 12
independent rep agencies consisting of 70 field representatives.

*Oversaw in-store marketing presence at retail, developed custom POP displays across stores for key accounts, and collaborated with retail accounts for creative channel marketing opportunities.

*Planned and produced various events such as GoPro Mountain Games, IRONMAN World Championship, Moto-GP Austin, US Open, Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, World Cup, EAA Air Venture, Ron Jon Beach n' Boards Fest, Sonoma Grand Prix, etc.

* Organized all regional training events for retail partners and trained ~800 global partners annually while facilitating 100+ events such as multi-day conferences, trade shows, lifestyle events, Global Distributor Summits, and keynote speaking engagements.

* Communicated with customers, developed route plans for all drivers’ daily deliveries, and addressed/resolved disputes over lost or damaged items with distressed customers.

facility and maintenance of all storage units.
