• Assist in end-to-end HCM implementations for companies in energy and healthcare service industries. 
• Responsible for configuring global HR and compensation cloud based on business requirements gathered through client workshops. 
• Maintain and update assets, follow Best Practices and True Cloud Methodology to ensure consistency across Oracle Consulting.

• Launched and optimized PPC campaigns using Google AdWords and increased campaign performance by 16% in the first month. • Generated and analyzed daily impression flag reports, extension email missing mapping reports, display and video performance reports.
