- Plan and facilitate ski and snowboard trips for over 65 university ski and snowboard clubs across the country including but not limited to lodging, resort access, and transportation - Travel over 6000 students each winter season - Advise university ski and snowboard club executive board officers on innovative ways to promote their clubs and grow their overall membership as well as their trip attendees each season - Maintain current relationships with ski and snowboard clubs while consistently searching for new clubs to join our winter excursions - Work with major mountain resorts in Colorado, Montana, Utah, and Wyoming to put on events for our groups on and off the mountain - Organize, promote, and ensure that all trip events run smoothly - Manage in-office staff and projects - Manage and direct seasonal staffers to coordinate check-in for hundreds of students at any given resort - Complete in-office tasks such as answering phone calls and working on the company database and website

- Interact with hundreds of resort guests each day providing “Epic” customer service - Have a clear understanding of mountain navigation and etiquette to properly direct and assist customers - Team-oriented operations

- Apprehend all potential theft offenders - Operate security system including more than 45 cameras throughout the bookstore - Assist customers with any questions concerning bookstore or university operations
