Oversee 3 store locations in Orange County with a total of 75 employees Ensure team morale and customer satisfaction Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence Recruit and train for all positions and job functions Oversee day to day tasks of store management and visual merchandising of each location in Orange County Travel to other locations such as New York and the Bay Area to recruit and train for all positions and to ensure store operations are running smoothly and effectively Provide direct and constant communication between the owners and store managers on a daily basis to ensure owner initiatives are executed effectively Monitor payroll and sales goals

Develop and execute 2-3 day warehouse sales in various states across the US, including California, Nevada, New York, and Massachusetts Attracting 1,000-2,000 customers per sale via social media announcements Hand select all of the product to sell at the sale Search for and book a venue while staying within the budget Schedule, supervise, and support sale staff Post event breakdown including organizing unsold product for resale at another sale or for donation
