As a Sr Program Coordinator,  I manage retail marketing and branding projects for  major sporting companies with lead responsibility for key relationships, business processes, expense management, vendor management and problem resolution.  My responsibilities include: 
 
Developing and managing client relationships & expectations 
Manage client status reports and meetings 
Provide timely updates on all projects/program requests 
Provide follow-up on conflict resolution meeting client expectations 
Responsible for Quoting / PO Tracking / Invoicing / Inventory Management Processes 
Submit requests for estimates, engineering updates and PO's
Quote writing/KACE ticket entries 
Provide billing resolution 
Ownership of Wholesale / DTC / Canada Inventory reports 
Template updates to support forecasting of demand/production needs 
Inventory Updates/ Drawings Review/ material take-Off review


As a member of the customer account and services team in the Corporate HQ office, I was responsible for providing direct end user and dealer support, product and sales information, and product warranty management. I was also worked with sales and marketing teams in developing quotes, managing export licensing and international order processes and production of marketing materials for trade and local dealer exhibits.
