1. Develop, Implement and Manage the quality assurance Plans for the Projects Vendors. 2. Conduct regular inspections of fabric, trims & accessories and construction Processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. 3. Collaborate with seniors and technical team to align the quality activities. 4. Conduct audits & evolutions to assess and improve the performance of the vendors. 5. Maintained detailed and accurate records of Inspections, Non-Conformances and Corrective actions. 6. Follow up the KPI of Observed Quality Level (OQL) is maintained the given target with the Stability to meet defined accepted (AQL). 7. Carried out the all-necessary events of PPM, Inline and Final inspection. 8. Work collaborates with vendor teams to prevent recurrence of quality issues.

Company Location: Baridhara DOHS Department: Quality Duties/Responsibilities 1.Conduct the PP meeting, review size set sample and inspection, check the pattern during PPM and open discussion all kind of critical and Problematic issues with the responsible person. 2.During the PP meeting check the fabric inspection report, fabric shrinkage report, GSM, wash standard, color tone with approval shade lot, approval shade blanket and twisting report. 3.Check the size set sample for styling, stitching constriction, SPI, wash standard, dry process or wet process. 4.Give the cutting permission and inspection the first output garment also measurement & fine tone the pattern. 5.Report and inform to all with that report by online. Also monitor the sewing line during production. 6.Adjust the stitching density for adjustment with after wash. 7.Sewing In-Line, Finishing and first packing with carton inspection report stapes by stapes daily basis. Share the report to factory by online with corrective action plan. 8Compare the first bulk wash with approval standard or PP sample. Check the dry process or wet process, twisting and tearing in the garment and confirm the measurement for all size of garments and inform to all instantly if any Issues. 9.AQL Final Inspection updated by online system or in mail. 10.Check & confirm the shipment sample or TOP sample before sending to Buyer.
