Daily correspondence with oversea & domestic vendors during all phase of developments including pre-production & final confirmation samples.
Critique all developments for design accuracy.
Time/Action calendars managements. Maintaining sample reports to ensure on-time deliveries.
Assist costing/price analysis on materials, trims, & full package costing. 
Work closely with sales team & keep record of all styles & updating line sheets.
Collaborate with design team and improve new and existing products.
Prepare & maintain spec sheets & tech packs. 
Approve all necessary submits of artwork, lab dips, strike-offs, trims, materials, washes, & samples.
Attend fittings and work with technical designer to make sure that desired results are met.
Solve and make recommendations regarding construction methods & techniques to improve fit and quality.
Work with testing labs to validate washes, shrinkage, & soil release stand
