North American + Europe Sales Director

Introduced a new Group Talk Technology product to action sports markets in N. America and Europe. Increased sales from $0 to $.5M in 6 months.  Pacing to achieve sales goal of $1M+ in 2019. Established rep force in Canada and USA, while adding 6 distributors in Europe. Created sales assets from scratch, wrote scripts for product training videos and implemented via BrandLive. Setup direct sales channels with Shopify and Amazon FBA. Spearheaded brand direction and marketing plan in North America.

Boosted Global Sales from $3.7M to $7.6M in four years, with an average of 6% margin improvement. Spearheaded the shift from a Distributor model to Outside Sales Reps in Canada with 300+% sales increase in three years. Inspired and lead 9 US / Canadian Reps towards a stronger position in each market through solid account management, regional marketing efforts, and targeting new business. Expanded reach to include 10+ international distributors for 20+% of overall business. Execute global production forecast and ordering for two factories and three warehouses, to ensure on-time delivery to all countries. Conceptualize annual sales meetings and deliver a cohesive message to our Global Teams. Owned the discount structure, wholesale / retail pricing to maximize profitability for the company.

Global Sales Manager

Pioneered a start-up clothing brand from Canada into the USA. Rapidly grew sales from $100k - $1M in the first year. Accountable for 9 Sales Reps while managing the Rockies Territory, and all US customer service calls, singlehandedly. Established strong relationships with 75+ National accounts. 

US Operations Manager & Sales Rep

Flourished sales from $800k to $2M in two years.  With no outside sales reps, I managed apparel sales from the Rockies to the East Coast. Collaborated with design team to look ahead and give customers exactly what they want: trend spotting, add/remove styles, with focused attention to margins and factory minimums. Administered all receivables and collections of past due accounts.

US Apparel Sales Manager

Initiated as a phone sales representative for Discover Card. Exceeded sales targets each month and was quickly promoted to Training Specialist. Accountable for the education and development of 15-25 new sales employees each month. Cultivated advantageous sales scripts to increase conversion and revenue for the company. Reported the lowest turnover each month compared to my peers (eight trainers in my department). Nominated trainer of the quarter multiple times. Enrolled in tuition reimbursement program while attending the University of Utah.
