Ryan has a past life as a Michelin Chef, opening some of the most noteworthy restaurants in the world. Including, but not limited to, SAISON and Atelier Crenn in San Francisco California. If asked, he may tell you about his affinity for all things fermented and aged.
He spends his days with his partner Hana and his time-off cycling the Bay Area, shooting photography or attending his neighborhood farmers market.
