Ryan Pearson

I've been working as a product developer for over 9 years. I started my development experience working on accessories and outwear at Sole Technology. I have since moved to activewear apparel at ASICS America. I'm an avid runner and 10 x Ironman finisher who takes pride in creating functional and innovative products. Like my racing, I'm never satisfied with average. I'm constantly looking for ways to improve product with the correct balance of cost, quality and functionality. Whenever new product needs testing I'm usually the 1st to take it out on a run and provide constructive feedback. I've taken annual trips to China, Taiwan and Vietnam to source innovation, build vendor relationships, monitor factory capabilities and comment on current development.
