Operations and Customer Experience Manager:

Operations Manager:	
•	Managed national and international distribution for global sales (US, Canada, Europe, APAC (China, Japan, Korea, New Zealand) 
•	Organized warehouse personal to ensure production timeline schedules were met, and orders were fulfilled and shipped in a timely manor

-Collaborate with marketing to ensure that all reps/accounts needs are met from an in-store and event standpoint

-Analyze sales data to identify opportunities, and communicate with reps on a daily basis to ensure that they meet their sales forecast by season, category, and month

-Assist AMA and APAC territory managers on international sales and operations

-Managed weekly schedule, daily events calendar and inventory supplies

-Inventory management and assisted on product buying based on consumer trends 

-Designed marketing events, retails sales, and brand exposure throughout social media platforms

-Processed all incoming and outgoing shipments, including web and in shop orders

-Developed visual displays catering to brands style and aesthetic. 

-POS Systems specialist (Inventory, web orders, sales, weekly/monthly reports)
