Research Design Development Communication Culture -Responsible for various product categories across multiple in-house specialty, mass market, & private label brands. -Conceptualizing products based on brand, aesthetics, function, trends, retail price/costing goals, & key buyer directives. -Convey concepts through illustrations, CADS, & prototypes. -Color, print, & pattern trends, design, & material lab dip review. -Collaboration with project managers to understand BOM, cost engineering & material selection/MOQ. -Spec packages for overseas development, while participating in progressing & elevating the corporate spec standard. -Interdepartmental relationships to understand consumer groups, perceptions, challenges & marketing strategies. -Sample review, anticipation of production issues, revision notes, & shipping/freight solutions. -Correspondence with factory partners & material suppliers. -Analysis for market trends, gaps, & opportunities. -Product testing through personal & observed utilization. -Participation in various brand activation events.
