I have experience as a logistics and operations manager for both Initium Eyewear and Raen Optics. I have also managed the accounting department for an asset management firm. For the past 2 years I have been working as a project manager, producer, and editor at a production company specializing in experiential marketing. Trained team and created compliance manuals for agents in accordance with client guidelines. Submitted processed Payment Requests to clients via web-based invoice processing systems (I-clear and Lender Processing Services). Acted as liaison (customer support/tech support) for agents and vendors for management of reimbursements. Monitored workflow and turnaround on all incoming and outgoing Payment Requests. Acted on committee to design and implement a custom web-based Workflow Automation System for processing both incoming and outgoing Payment Requests. Oversaw training and implementation for conversion to Lender Processing Services system for processing of all incoming and outgoing Payment Requests, per client requirements.
