I have strong interpersonal skills, with extensive experience in managing project teams to close business deals. My ability to work with a cross-functional team was enhanced greatly during the last 5 years as a real estate broker. This work with cross-functional teams allowed me to hone my skills in developing stakeholders, setting deliverable deadlines and ensuring those deadlines were met. I have also worked in the association management industry that allowed me to develop my skills as a presenter and public speaker. In that same position, I was constantly working with the association?s volunteers on developing new educational content for the community. My real estate degree and economics minor provided me with a knowledge of financial reporting and financial management. I am originally from a small town in Wisconsin, where my parents fostered my love for the outdoors. With this experience, I would like to transition into a sales or finance based position in the outdoor industry.

Greet and welcome customers into the store, initiate conversation to discover what products customer may be looking for and which would best suit their current needs or future adventures
Educate customers on what makes Patagonia products so different from our competitors (i.e. Fair Trade Sewing, Using Recycled Insulation, etc.)
Initiated a composting program for the store that has drastically reduced the amount of waste going into landfill; which has also encouraged fellow employees to begin composting at their residences. 
Planned and led the first Patagonia Provisions booth at a local Farmer's’ Market in Denver; successfully spreading brand awareness for this new line of products from Patagonia.


•	Assisted clients with the sale of their home by completing a Comparative Market Analysis to help set a listing price. Marketed their property through signage, MLS Listings and various other real estate market sources. Hosted open houses and showed property to interested parties
•	Walked buyer clients through the home purchase process from beginning to end and set expectations for each step: searched the MLS and other sources for    properties that matched their needs, provided clients with CMA to determine market value, negotiated with selling party to achieve optimum sale terms for client, coordinated with client’s service providers to ensure closing was on time and effortless for the client
•	Closed over $40 million in sales volume over the last 5 years as a collaboration with real estate partner
•	Grew personal sales volume from $350k in year 1 to $1.229 million in the 1st quarter of 2016
•	Closed approximately 45 rental transactions per year over the last 3 years


Real Estate Broker

•	Provided administrative support to client and staff team, assisted with financial processes and business correspondence including client newsletters, meeting minutes, and email blasts
•	Maintained first-rate customer service as front-line client and member contact to enhance support and service, performed project support to Volunteers, Members, Committees, Special Interest Groups and Chapter organizations  
•	Provided association management to America’s SAP Users’ Group: tasked with developing SAP educational content on a continuing basis, coordinated and lead Chapter meetings, gave presentations on status of ASUG at meetings, arranged for speakers, sponsors, and promotional efforts for the meeting, developed processes and procedures for formal and informal recruitment of new volunteers
