Oversee scheduling of trades and Store/ District personnel according to Merchandising timeline and update as needed due to changes in scope of weekly and daily work • Layout and Map floor plans on Autodesk for assigned construction and remerch stores • Work with Third companies to wave out new processes and special projects for division funded by GO • Assist in managing expenses for the department and assigned projects • Set remodel and remerchandised stores to company standard • Coach store/ district personnel company standards and Best practices • Customer service • Coordinate vender and store delivery's based off of project timeline

• Set up new cheese shops for the Division • Attend Construction meetings and adjust scope of work for department based off of construction time line • Training • Generate and Communicate weekly Sales and • Quarterly loss to Division • Work with Venders on minimizing out of stocks and controlling distributions to stores • Communicate item setup/ informational discrepancy's with Ralphs, Murray's, Kroger and Venders

• Oversee store operations at night • Store Organization and Customer service • Maintaining store to company standard

• Customer service • Minimize loss in department by utilizing store security tools, proper ordering and submitting credit requests for damaged or missing product • Coach new and existing department members on proper stocking, security tagging and capping high theft products, time management, handheld, department standards and merchandising techniques • Write department schedule with Grocery and Store Manager 1.
