Ross Woodworth

Founded and operated a consumer product startup, designing, manufacturing and marketing aftermarket accessories for the exponentially growing sport side by side market. As the first (and only) full time employee, I was responsible for the complete range of company operations including: *Branding – developing company voice, brand identity and collateral materials, *Finance - Budgeting, costing and pricing, *Sales – Establish and manage distribution channels, *Shipping, order fulfillment and Customer Service In my primary role as head of product development, I personally designed, prototyped and launched 24 profitable products including A-Arm guards, roofs, skid plates, toolboxes, bumpers, and hitch accessories which were marketed directly to consumers as well as through dealerships and online aggregators. Axiom achieved sales in 39 states and 3 countries in the first year, with no paid marketing or media.
