Review graphic samples, for color, quality, cost, and execution and collaborate with factories to deliver accurate and cost correct products. Maintain internal systems to reflect latest graphic information, work closely with designers and merchandisers to deliver the best products possible.

Work with customer to create their designs, assign clients to art staff based off of our production timeline and client's needs, understanding of manufacturing abilities and constraints. Work closely with the factory in Poland and the Customer Service staff.

Work closely with clients and sales reps of developing designs as well as with CEO on new product development, testing and gathering of feedback, create logos, brand identities for teams through Adobe Illustrator for creating cycling apparel. Work closely with factory throughout production of products for each client, creating new products. Design Sommerville Sports branded products and print for trade shows, and sponsored events.
