In My Own Words

Customer care and driving sales for the success of a brand or store are my primary professional goals. I enjoy working with retail owners and decision makers as well as the public to analyze their product needs, procurement concerns and purchasing constraints. I provide and present more than effective solutions, but instill measurable value in the brand as well as an ability to foster a sound professional relationship. I am a clear and concise communicator with a professional demeanor. I am accustomed to presenting products to diverse groups and decision makers. Understanding the retail sales process, I maintain the operational standards set by my employer while satisfying customer expectations. I enjoy navigating inventory systems and comfortable working with a product base made up of thousands of SKUs. I am highly analytical and easily adopt new inventory systems. I have previously, worked as both an action sports retail manager and sales associate in the skate and snow board industries, thus I understand the importance of fiscal tracking, product merchandising and achieving sales goals. Lastly, I feel that I can immediately contribute positively to your bottom line while enhancing the service level expected from your group. I look forward to the opportunity to demonstrate that I could be an asset to both your image and customers.
