— RobertI work for SPY, acting as a liaison between our internal brand and design team and our external vendors.
I strive to establish an open line of communication to ensure superior production while maintaining strong vendor satisfaction. I ensure the correct ingredients are added to our Sun, RX, Snow, and MX lines to provide SPY with a product that can excels in the market. In doing so, I share their customer oriented goals with the application of my consumer strategy and communication skills that I have gained in the past 14 years of professional experience.

Providing additional sales support for E-Commerce and D2C clients - standing as in-house representative on SMU generation, website merchandising, fulfillment, and general sales needs. Assisting in collecting assets for D2C sites and supporting E-Commerce manager with daily website updates.
I have expanded my role to fulfill as the sole Canada Sales Specialist at SPY. I continue in providing support for all Canadian needs and working as sales representative for IRIS Optical chain and Westgroupe.
Skills learned while transitioning included Shopify and Demandware site merchandising.

Operate as Sales Coordinator primarily with Canada West Reps - assist in facilitating new order requests, logistics updates, scheduled allocations, and warranty processing. Assist regional representatives in their day-to-day needs and providing thorough analysis of previous quarters/month's sales history. Act as in-house representative for all Canadian West accounts and providing assistance with at-once orders.
Lead representative for nation-wide Canadian ophthalmic account. Provided recommendations on resupply and reallocation of new styles. Supporting 120-store account with day-to-day needs covering warranties, one-off sales, and prioritized bi-monthly reallocation of product.
Supported several key accounts via SPY's proprietary EDI system - including the US Armed Forces retailers (MCX, AAFES, NEXCOM) as well as supporting EDI lead with any smaller account coverage. Provided EDI information to current ERP developers for recommendations on processing.

My role focused on supporting our patients to help them find better solutions for their general and overall well-being. I facilitated customer requests from Healthcare provider requirements, and the external field team to efficiently maximize the ordering process. My priority was providing a warm, direct contact and context for the customers while making important health decisions. In addition to sales, I worked with the marketing team to become one of the ‘faces’ of Tandem and a direct advocate for the San Diego Diabetic Community.
I maintained the top 5 shipment rate for Q3 & Q4 2016 and led the company in total sales in Q1 2017. I managed to sell 300 pumps per quarter, exceeding my forecasted average of 200. I maintained the California region working directly with local clinicians and worked off of 1,100 annual leads.

I worked directly with existing customers to assist and educate in all aspects of their insulin pump and supported systems. I expedited resolutions for customer’s inquiries while providing a thorough basis of product knowledge. As a senior member of the team I aided in identifying complications, created new guidelines for direct troubleshooting, and assisted in the training of new technical support staff.
I handled over 1,000 customer complaints with an exceptional quality measurement. I accompanied my team in being rated #1 in Customer Support by dQ&A and an active phone line to assist customers 24/7. I excelled at creating new templates for complaint treatment and lead my shift in calls assisted ranging from 100-150 complaints per week.

I specialized in underwriting professional and general liability insurance and monthly retention. Maintained various risks with a comprehensive business connections between direct clients and wholesale brokers. I upheld communication between team members and carrier representatives, performed annual risk management reviews for management, and formulated guidelines on behalf of the state of California.
I led in account manager training, managed both Garage and Restaurant Liability Programs, directed the company culture committee, and orchestrated relationships for customer and sales inquiries. I left as the acting manager of general liability products and maintained quarterly retention goals of 85%.

Employed as a sales associate at one of the top retail stores within the United Sates. I upheld duties that included: Initiating and maintaining customer relations, prepping store front and rear for business day, taking inventory and managing surplus product stock, and merchandising floor plans. When not customer facing, I managed shipping and receiving of new product based on seasonal demand and trained in customer service expectations. I attended yearly Action Sports conventions as an associate of the Quiksilver Retail Team.
