Designed and initiated efforts to streamline plant operations (eight production lines & 25 high-speed packaging lines), decrease production costs, improve forecasts, and increase output across multiple plants through the coordination of Planning, Production, Packaging, Customer Service, Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, and Quality.
? Key manager involved in improving company performance from losses averaging in excess of $1 million per week to annual profitability in less than five years.
? Exceeded planned production by 16%; streamlined SKU rationalization while personally designing and implementing production/packaging schedules for 200 million pounds (450 FG SKU’s) of consumer packaged food products annually. ? Created, implemented, and managed a successful transitional plan for production scheduling during the rollout of a $40 million ERP system, the 2nd largest PeopleSoft implementation in the world.
