• Cultivate end user relationships within multiple commercial verticals (Municipalities, State/Local Government, Hotels, Resorts, College, Universities, Technology Sector and Manufacturing) • Conduct dealer and on-site end user product demonstrations on full Polaris product line • Facilitate partnerships between Polaris Dealers and End User • Dealer Development: Set and achieve business-wide goals for each dealer to drive dealer growth and profitability. Promote inventory levels consistent with market demand by supporting dealers via marketing, sales and the re-order process. • Identify, recruit and partner with commercial dealers that meet Polaris standards • Train and develop dealership inside and outside sales staff on new products and presentations • Product development feedback communicated to engineering team • Identify and communicate market trends and product improvement needs • Manage Lead System assuring professional and timely response to internet inquiries
