<p>No nonsense kind of guy. I know what it&#39;s like working in the apparel manufacturing industry. Ive gotten pretty good with product development in the menswear area. I&#39;m great with most of the art programs that most manufactures hope folks can navigate before bringing them onboard. Ive got a pretty in-depth knowledge of garment construction and finishing. I&#39;m a bit of a quality control freak. I dont&#39; change who I am for people, I don&#39;t do office politics. I know covid was a hoax, so if your office &quot;still goes along with that&quot;...don&#39;t hire me. I love my country...if that bothers you, don&#39;t hire me. Love me or hate me.  Working alongside a team of 80 Outfitters in the hunting dept providing service to customers seeking fire arms, archery gear, optics, tactical gear and hunting apparel.
- Supporting customers and team members with product knowledge information. (fire arms, hunting apparel layering system, archery gear and optics).
- Selling ammo and processing background checks with DES/DROS system. -Supporting management with opening and closing procedures, registers and setting up storewide communication/inventory systems.

HUNTING APPAREL LEAD

 Developed knits, sweater knits, wovens, graphic tees AND casual bottom for F23/SP24/SM24/F24 - Completed and submitted multiple tech packs for each category.
- Worked closely with tech and production to ensure quality and fit are approved.
- Creating multiple garment cads for all categories.
- Produced production for major discount retailers such as Burlington, TJ Maxx, Ross & Marshalls - Designed and developed packaging for all categories. (hang tags, Main labels).

MENSWEAR DESIGNER

 Compiled BOM for multiple bag categories. (Backpacks, Duffels, Hip sacks, Crossbodies etc.). - Submitted multiple quality and construction comments while adhering to T&A timeline.
- Managed WIP charts to ensure all relevant data is recorded to support dev. and tracking.
- Requested costing for multiple bag categories and ensuring costs adheres to target margin. - Maintained professional and timely email correspondence with domestic & overseas vendors - Developed multiple bag categories w/ Licensors from initial concept to production approval.
* Promoted from Product Development to Design for Bags
- Designed bags for Cracker Barrel and Dicks Sporting Goods.
- Created and presented trend reports for or Q1 SP/SU and Q4 FW.
- Developed tech packs from beginning to end.
- Worked with factories abroad; exchanging comments on necessary adjustments and changes.

PRODUCT DEVELOPER

-	Compiled information on all garment components including fit, fabric, construction, and trim. 
-	Created new product from initial concept through sample reviews and production approval fitting.
-	Inspected samples received from proto stage to TOP samples in a timely manner.
-	Tracked core body measurements, grade rule approvals, maintaining and updating pattern block library, and cross-referencing existing bodies to expedite fit process. 
-	Executed fit comments in a timely manner to ensure the fit process stays in line with production and action timelines.
-	Updated Tech Packs with current information for BOM, construction templates, and measurements.
-	Maintained professional and timely email correspondence with domestic & overseas vendors
