ART DIRECTOR & DESIGNER

Art Direction is a lifestyle - not a job; I'm consonantly seeking out new media and technologies to feed my passion for innovative & clever storytelling.

My primary responsibilities included: Branding, Marketing Kits, and overseeing the entirety of NT’s visual look and feel across all media (television and film) channels. The Branding and Marketing Kits played a vital role in selling five shows to the A&E Network, History Channel, & the Discovery Channel.


CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Teaming up and working with experts in most fields has widened my creative skill-set and production knowledge.
I specialize in “Clutch Design” (short timelines and high-quality deliveries). I have delivered for more than 30 corporate and consumer brands including: Nike, Pepsi, Frito Lay, Coca-Cola, Roxy, Reebok, Timex, Heineken, Pierre, Computer Associates, Troy Lee Design, Fuze, Starwood Resorts, USTA (US Open), & Sony Entertainment.


Magic: The Gathering - developed and art directed marketing, branding, premier events, licensing, & art commissioning. I innovated intellectual properties beyond their traditional approaches, to further expand the IP, and acquire new fans though new, alternative expressions.
I was also responsible for art directing a diverse array of projects including: Marketing Campaigns, Digital Marketing, Video Games, Immersive Fantasy Environments, Mood Boards, & Commissioning Guidelines.
I also managed teams of artists in “concept pushes” to create style guides for larger teams of artists.


SENIOR ART DIRECTOR

I was a senior member of the “Cubed” team: the group of Art Directors who oversaw the most visible and innovative design projects for Bloomberg. I specialized in a range of media (digital, print, advertising, annual reports, etc.), and managed every detail from concept through final production.
My responsibilities included: creating and designing full-run identities, re-branding, custom premiums, books, posters, large-scale charity events, advertising, and marketing.
I (and my work) received multiple awards:
•	2 awards for Best Project from Print Magazine Regional Design Annual (New York region)
•	3 awards for Best Designer from Graphic Design USA (2 for Best In-House Designer, 1 for Best Designer overall)


ART DIRECTOR

Functioned as a “one-man army” for all creative output: corporate branding & identity, packaging, marketing POP, advertising, apparel design, visual strategies, & websites.
Brands included: Hawaiian Vintage Chocolate, Diesel Energy Bars, Solar Bars, and SOBE Chocolate.
