• Responsible for a staff of 30 billers, collectors, payment posters, leads and administrative assistants.

*Assure all AR is posted correctly. Take proper actions to ensure any discrepancies are handled in a timely manner.
*Coordinate with payroll to insure proper payment and billing.
*Keep a positive relationship with all Regional Centers to ensure all payments are paid properly.

*Help families coordinate their services with the Regional Center to insure services.
*Process Payroll for Care Givers and staff.
