I am lucky enough to defy Mark Cuban's rule of "Don't follow your passion, follow your effort; it will lead you to your passions, and to success. However you define it." Well, I followed my passion in motorcycles and with a lot of hard work; it has led me to a successful career in sales. At the end of the day Success is what motivates me, not money. Do the work, succeed and you will get paid. 
I am a self-motivated, optimistic, and goal-driven person, with a desire to learn something new every day. I have achieved many successes in a highly competitive industry with many challenges to overcome. I am more than just a Sales Rep, I strive to be the go to resource to support my clients with a win-win goal in mind. My training in DISC Assessment, The Executive Technique for public speaking, sales, and customer needs analysis has help helped me to train personnel in products and create a sales process to ensure profitable sell through. 
Continuing Education is very important to me to help me grow as a person and as a business professional, so much so that I am back in college. Reading books, magazines, listening to podcasts and   taking seminars help me to adapt to the fast moving and ever changing powersports business I know and love. 
I have found that many things scare me, although I have never let them stop me. I have faced those fears, stepped outside my comfort zone and that has made me a stronger person both mentally and physically. 
I am grateful for my position in the powersports industry and I am truly living the dream!

With almost 30 years of experience in many facets of the powersports industry, I consider myself a true consultant. Management of $5 million of sales in both E-Commerce, franchised and independent brick and mortar dealerships. I have meaningful conversations with owners, managers and other personnel discussing their business needs and help find solutions for their challenges. My results speak for themselves; I have 16 of 19 years with positive sales growth in a highly competitive industry and challenging times and conditions.
