Senior IT Project Manager Cybersecurity

During this role, I performed day-to-day activities, such as organized scrum ceremonies, daily standup, backlog refinement, backlog grooming, sprint review & demo / retrospective and planning.

Furthermore, I coordinated tasks, including product descriptions, categories and images, UPC codes, pricing levels, purchase restrictions, and sales categories. Maintained website portal issues, such as login, homepage & catalog branding, image rendering, and asset management.
Key-achievements:
• Increased market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships, business needs assessment and solution planning.
• Reduced average order time from 3 to 1 days by launching Wendy's Corporate B2B platform for USA / Canada.
• Minimized customer service center cost and order fulfilment time respectively by 20% and 50%.

eCommerce Business Development  / Project Manager

•Managed Global Projects, Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, Web Team, and B2B Portal Department staff
