As a freelance print graphic designer I do anything from branding, catalogs, fliers, tee shirt design, packaging and business cards. Led the Design, Creative & Brand Development for all Wham-O toy, backyard play & high-end Sporting Goods product lines including the building & managing of all teams critical to the process - Design, Marketing, In-Bound & Out-Bound Licensing, Project Management, Planning, Approvals, Samples, Imaging & Trade-show Graphics. Manage a team of 3 - Includes the Product, Packaging & Engineering Asia teams. Responsible for the performance of all business units including all subsidiaries and international partners. Overall divisions include: Sport Division: Morey Boogie, BZ Pro Boards, Churchill Swimfins, etc. Toy Division: Hula Hoop, Frisbee, Superball, Slip N’ Slide, Backyard Games, GameTime!, etc. New Business Division: Sprig Toys, Wham-O Pets, Nostalgic Toys, Skybound Entertainment & others.

As the Sr. Designer I helped up and coming brands break into the industry by creating eye catching graphics for the lines by creating posters, labels, web banners and trade show materials. I also was did the following. -Planned concept by studying information and materials -Illustrated concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts -Obtained approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval to clients. -Created images that identify a product or convey a message -Developed graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos, and websites -Create designs either by hand or using computer software packages -Followed brand guide colors, images, text style, and layout -Incorporated changes recommended by clients.
