<p>Creative lead overseeing the visual direction for the Scotty Cameron brand, with a focus on putters, packaging, and soft goods. Responsible for developing original artwork, logos, and graphic concepts that align with brand identity and product strategy. Collaborates closely with Product Development to bring new products to life through design, ensuring consistency across seasonal and limited-edition releases.</p><p>Provides strategic direction and leadership for the art department, guiding team members in creative execution, design refinement, and brand alignment. Partners with cross-functional teams—including R&amp;D, production, and vendors—to ensure concepts translate seamlessly from idea to final product. Deeply informed by market and trend research, with a strong understanding of consumer dynamics and innovation in premium sporting goods.</p>

Lead Graphic Designer

The role of both Senior Designer & Production Art Lead has allowed both autonomous creation as well as and intimate collaboration under the creative direction of Founder Scotty Cameron, including:
Showcasing original artwork on over 55+ soft and hard good products.
Translating the Titleist branding + innovation to luxury products under the Scotty Cameron label.
Developing and overseeing tech packs of over 55+ individual SKUs.
Working with the Director of R&D to design, finalize and spec all in-line, limited and Circle T Artwork for new putters.

Senior Graphic & Production Artist

Led a team of designers and account managers through brainstorming sessions and account calls to develop bigger and better experiential events within different budgets and timeline parameters. Reorganized all design assets across multiple branches within the internal server for company-wide clarity and accessibility.

Creative Manager

Collaborated with internal Communications Team to concept and execute a rebrand of our parent company, Daymon Worldwide.
Created the marketing material for innovative experiential events to drive foot traffic towards grand opening events and boost retailer private brand sales.
