With a robust tenure in media production and design studio operations, my expertise lies in driving high-impact creative projects that bolster revenue and brand recognition. At Nixon, my leadership ensures the delivery of digital campaigns and assets that resonate across diverse markets, thanks to rigorous project lifecycle management—from budgeting and scheduling to stakeholder engagement.

My role encompasses the orchestration of a talented 10-member team, harnessing the power of top-tier creative design, media production, and project management tools. The synergy between establishing vendor partnerships and internal team coordination underpins our ability to exceed operational efficiencies and maintain creative excellence in all facets of media production.

★ Serve in a multi-faceted strategic, creative, and project leadership role with responsibility for establishing, prioritizing, and managing the project workload of a 10-member design studio comprising designers, photographers, and copywriters. 

★ Lead the selection and implementation of best-in-class creative design, media production, and project management tools to optimize project execution.

★ Develop and manage annual studio budgets and individual project budgets as well as project marketing calendars and on-site/location-based photoshoot schedules to ensure company-wide alignment on the production of digital campaigns and assets.

★ Establish and maintain vendor relationships to facilitate the timely completion of digital campaign/asset production projects, including sourcing cost-effective solutions for retail point-of-purchase.

★ Progressed through multiple production leadership roles across Bonnier Corporation's various media groups and franchises, with eventual responsibility for leading company-wide digital/print media production and pre-press teams.

★ Provided strategic and creative direction, operational oversight, and project management leadership for 20 national magazine titles and various ancillary projects.

★ Guided and supervised a cross-functional team comprising production managers, pre-press managers, imaging specialists, art directors, copy editors, and production and marketing designers.

★ Devised and implemented high-level production strategies/roadmaps, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency, cost-efficiency, and quality for creative production projects across multiple groups/teams. 

★ Collaborated cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to manage multiple project schedules and facilitate seamless, on-time, and on-budget completion of project milestones while maintaining alignment with brand guidelines. 

★ Fostered effective communications across multiple departments to ensure cross-functional alignment on project goals and action plans and enable proactive identification and resolution of roadblocks. 

★ Oversaw the end-to-end project lifecycle for media production projects, including project planning and scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation, task tracking and prioritization, stakeholder communications, and progress/status reporting. 

★ Supported hiring and onboarding of personnel for production teams, in addition to coaching and mentoring production teams and cross-disciplinary leads on production and project management methodologies/best practices.
