•	Partner with community, property management, and government personnel, lead communications and updates to venue operations, and present escalated issues as needed; maintained up to date entertainment permits and liquor licenses, minimized instances of police intervention, and developed reputation as good neighbor in area. 
•	Lead application and management of government permits related to special events, parks and recreation facilities, and traffic management, correspond with various city, county, and police personnel, and complete required insurance, site, sanitation, transportation, security, and medical response plans. 
•	Lead compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, lead research, record, and confirm requirements on each event, and meet directly with leadership teams to review safety operations; able to ensure venue operations meet all regulations and inform employees and acts on proper applications.  
•	Develop and analyze business and operations reporting, including talent contracts, ticketing reports, audits and show expenses, improve reporting regularly to bring greater transparency to business and operations metrics, and leverage findings to improve spending, training, and contract oversight. 
•	Direct team of 20 Box Office, F&B, security, and production staff, determine success metrics, assigned event duties, collected status reports, and provide ongoing training and coaching; built team from scratch and was able to develop cohesive unit that produced high-quality results and supported events effectively.


•	Managed all stage production operations for international tours; oversaw deployment and execution of staffing, special effects, backline, lighting, and audio operations.
•	Supported site logistics and advance show operations, worked with venue leadership to outline parking and set up plans, staffing assignments for security and production personnel, and timelines of set up, show, and tear down
•	Conducted security briefings with venue managers and law enforcement, outlined artist’s personal security details, ensured plans adhered to local restrictions with customized security operations, and developed security riders for venue agreements to confirm expectations.
•	Managed upwards of 40-person crew, including House Production Manager, Site Operations Manager, Security, EMS, and all Band and Stagehand Crews.
•	Served as Stage Manager, Drum Technician, and advance contact for numerous international musical acts in India, Southeast Asia, Asia, United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, and Mexico; domestically worked on Vans Warped Tour, Rockstar’s Taste of Chaos, and Ozzfest.


Assistant Tour Manager - Stage Manager- Security Consultant 

Helped grow The Observatory from under 100 shows per year to over 260 shows per year, a net increase of 260%. Began as the Production Manager and quickly took over the security team then transitioned into Venue Operator.

•	Implemented new and improved venue operations, talent relations, and community outreach to grow venue from under 100 shows per year to over 260.
•	Developed positive relationships with touring acts including Queens of the Stone Age, Thome York, Snoop Dogg, Warren G, Cold War Kids, Zhu, Hippie Sabotage, Arctic Monkeys and Blondie. 
•	Brought in theatre acts, film festivals and various LGBTQ events.
•	Partnered directly with venue talent buyers to streamline contract development, led audits to pinpoint multiple areas of cost waste within boilerplate contracts, and standardized venue and staffing requirements to best fit venue operations; able to improve contract management while maintaining positive relationships with talent, managers, and agents.
•	Developed and managed team of over 50 stage, production, and venue staff per event, standardized event operations, checklists, and SOPs, and provided ongoing training to improve guest experience, talent relations, bar and restaurant practices and team safety. 
•	Crafted new event production, timeline, and security standards, outlined bus and semi-truck logistics, equipment rental policies, guest queueing plans, and worked with talent reps to ensure smooth operations.   
•	Designed and implemented new venue security procedures, outlined new chain of command and team structures, installed new video surveillance tools; introduced new security trains focused on proper de-escalation tactics, effective guest communication, and talent relations; drove down number of issues while improving guest experience.  
•	Created and analyzed venue reporting, introduced new incident reports, developed security and guard report templates, and reviewed reports post-event to improve future operations.
•	Drove enhancements to public relations, developed positive relationships with key city and neighborhood leaders, introduced new discount programs for local law enforcement and healthcare workers, and updated post-event operations to disperse crowds effectively.


Venue Operator - The Observatory North Park

Responded to patrol calls and took appropriate action at crime and disaster scenes. In my time as an Officer, I was a member of the Narcotics Team, Critical Response Team, Psychiatric Emergency Response Team, Domestic Violence Response Team, Homeless Outreach Program and a Terrorism Liaison Officer. I wrote numerous reports and testified in court on countless arrests made, activities performed and unusual incidents observed.
