Order File: In charge of processing mortgage loans produced by a team of 10 loan officers. Directed the flow of prime, sub-prime, FHA and HELOC loan applications through various banking channels. Evaluated loans for accuracy and applied knowledge and experience to complete transactions efficiently according to lender’s guidelines.

Management: Responsible for recruiting, on-boarding, training and managing members of the processing team. Improved the efficiency of data gathering and contract execution. Screened mortgage programs available, identified pitfalls and on-boarded lending channels that proved to be beneficial.

Reporting & Communications:  Lead weekly meetings with administration to debrief team leaders on transaction progress and to troubleshoot issues. Presented new lending options to the team.
