Managed Lenox Square location and it's roughly $3M in volume. Responsible for all areas of store operations and customer experience.

General Manager

Store Manager of the Nike Running location in San Diego, CA. Oversaw capital investment remodel and consistent year over year growth (+7%).

Head Coach

Created the schedule and managed payroll for a team of over 100 employees. Led major visits from key Nike executives and formulated and executed the store's hiring strategy.
	


Operations Coach

A member of the leadership team that opened and managed Nike’s first ever Brand Experience Store. Responsible for running and women’s categories that represented over 60% of total store sales as volume increased to $12 million from $9 million in year two. Served as Run Club Coordinator and led one of the largest running groups on the west coast.
