Highly experienced leader in managing B2B with focus on independent business owners.  Responsible for the sale of Watkins Wellness products through the specialty retail dealer channel within Northern California, Western Nevada, and Hawaii. Business Development:
•	Establishes and maintains relationships with the 52 existing and potential dealers. 
•	Meets established goal for new dealer signings by seeking out new business in open markets. 
•	Identifies dealer change-out opportunities and signs & develops new Watkins dealers in these markets to positively impact sales within the territory. 
•	Collectively identifies business plans and needs with dealers and assist to create action plans for the purpose of improving their proficiency in the identified area(s). 
•	Actively manages territory by preparing, creating and monitoring an annual strategy plan. 

Training, Sales and Marketing:
•	Provides consistent value through communications, dealer visits, training and systematic follow-up. 
•	Meets annually established sales budget, $53M, by product category.
•	Provides sales and marketing training to existing Watkins Wellness dealers and ensures dealers throughout territory implement sales and marketing programs. 
•	Maintains accurate records, trends, and forecasts of all prospect leads in Salesforce. 


Led 7 district managers covering 15 states with 231 accounts accomplishing $207M in business. Monitor sales operations while meeting monthly, quarterly and annual business plans. Led regional marketing manager to create and implement account and/or consumer-facing programs focused on the halo and slower moving products. Led regional dealer development manager to identify open areas as well as underperforming areas for potential growth opportunities. Prepare and present executive communication on a weekly and monthly basis covering sales results, marketing goals, regional budget, project productivity, and analytical reports.

Leadership:
•	Provide district managers challenging and stretching tasks, projects, and assignments that inspire growth. Resulted in an increase of customer satisfaction index providing better brand loyalty
•	Analyze market share data to identify lost sales in a major market. Cross channel collaboration with dealer development to identify prospects, resulted in a new account that is 3rd largest in volume
