As the principal and founder of Gale Force Outfitters LLC, I lead a tight group that covers both the New England and Mid-Atlantic states. Combined, our team has over 30 years of proven sales success, excelling within the outdoor, workwear, marine, and fishing industry. We represent various brands that offer high-quality products, such as clothing, belts, wallets, socks, tools, and fishing gear.

We are trusted advisors and a creative thinkers, who listens to our clients and partners. Then we analyze their needs and challenges, and implement solutions that makes retail better across our territory. We are experts in territory account management and development, and we have a strong track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with the top retailers across several retail channels. 

I am a recreational fisherman, skier, hiker, mountain biker, and storyteller, who enjoys sharing my passion and knowledge with others. I have an entrepreneurial skill set honed by a curated list of mentors, and a US Navy AirCrew veteran background that instilled precise communication, self starting discipline and teamwork. I have an associate's degree in business administration and management, and two certifications from LinkedIn that enhance my pitching and leadership skills. I am fluent in Microsoft Office, IOS and most sales platforms.

Founded this independent sales representation firm in 2015 covering 11 New England and Mid-Atlantic States. Initial line was Grundens and as we've multiplied that business, we have also expanded into a curated a group of premium brands.  Added first full-time employee in 2022 to keep all office needs up to speed and to coordinate vendor details.  We focus on dealer engagement and making sure Vendor info lands in the hands that need it as well as all preseason and asap marketing programs. We work our regional trade shows along side of our retailers and have had many successful weekends selling D2C. Proud to be a 10yo Veteran owned business.
