Dirty Ghetto Kids (DGK) is an American skateboard company, producing premium skateboards and high-quality apparel.
The brand is distributed by The Kayo Corp, a partnership that was established through professional skater Stevie Williams and Troy Morgan of The Kayo Corp.   As the Purchasing and Logistics Manager, I oversee all reporting relating to purchasing and distribution of all DGK Gear and Merchandise worldwide.

CSR Sr. Lead

As the Purchasing and Logistics Manager, I oversee all purchasing and distribution of all DGK Gear and Merchandise worldwide. Creating vital reports for the Director of Apparel & Hardgoods and report directly to the CFO, COO, and CEO.
•	Directly oversee all global import/export logistics and global supply chain management
•	Conduct in-depth cost analysis of all products and convert into mass production plan
•	Review inventory cycles and create purchase orders
•	Purchase order management, including 5 Point Reconciliation
•	Manage and reconcile inventory of all SkateShop and Lifestyle Products using Sage ERP
•	Vendor Management, including global sourcing of new and available vendors, to ensure production schedules, and to 
        maintain production quality and standards, and ensure 100% vendor compliance to key accounts
•	Sales forecasting and projections using analysis of pending/future and historical sales to advise market feasibility and sell- 
        through timelines
•	Report monthly, quarterly, yearly P&L
•	Reconcile AP accounts


Global Purchasing & Logistics Manager 

Oversee all Financials and Daily Operations for a thriving local Talent Acquisition Firm, including:

· AP/AR
· Vendor Negotiations
· Payroll and taxes
· Upkeep of business license(s) and tax and IRS Liaison
· Bookkeeping
· Web development
· Contract Negotiations, Customer/Client Service, and Collections
· Talent acquisition and lead generation

· Manage heavy booking schedule for premier venue
· Negotiate talent pay rates and schedules
· Manage company financials and bookkeeping
· Daily customer and client engagement, customer service

· Forensic accounting regarding 501(c)3 compliance

· Company-wide Mastercard Reconciliations and Expense Reporting
