Creative + Operations Director | Brand Builder With a passion for creating and scaling brands, I bring a unique blend of creative vision and operational expertise to every venture. I started my journey as a cofounder of R.E.D.D. Bar, where I played a key role in building a national nutrition bar brand from the ground up. Through strategic operations, creative marketing, and partnership management, we transformed R.E.D.D. into a multi-million dollar company with a presence in major natural food markets across the country. Today, I lead PALMS Creative, a studio dedicated to helping brands grow through impactful marketing, streamlined operations, and standout creative services. I partner with clients to shape their story, elevate their identity, and drive meaningful engagement with their audience. Alongside our client work at PALMS, I’m also focused on developing our own brands: ISLES: Premium instant latte blends inspired by a love for simple, nourishing ingredients. Gift Shop Maine: A line of Maine-inspired apparel and accessories that celebrates local culture. Through these ventures, I get to combine my skills in brand building with my commitment to wellness, creativity, and the unique culture of Maine. Aside from work, I love skateboarding and spending time with my family! ❤️✌️

At Gift Shop Maine, we combine our passion for Maine's unique culture with creative design, crafting original, Maine-inspired products that celebrate the spirit of Vacationland. Primary duties include: creative direction, product development, website development, and brand strategy - ensuring every item reflects the charm, humor, and rugged beauty of Maine.

Our products are intentionally designed in-house to capture the essence of Maine in fresh and meaningful ways, offering locals and visitors alike a chance to bring a piece of this place with them. I’m dedicated to creating high-quality, authentic souvenirs that go beyond the typical, bringing people closer to the Maine experience in a fun, memorable way.

Our small batch Latte Blends are more than just beverages; they're crafted with care, using only the finest, all-natural, organic, and plant-based ingredients.

PALMS WAS BORN OUT OF DIRECT EXPERIENCE WHILE WORKING IN STARTUPS. 

As Natural Food CPG entrepreneurs ourselves, we worked with agency after agency, contractor after contractor, and partner after partner and could never seem to find the right balance of quality work, at an affordable price, with great customer service. 

It felt like we spent more time managing all of the contractors when we could have just done the work ourselves and at a higher level… but that left us no time to see the bigger picture.

R.E.D.D., Inc. (Research Enhanced Design + Development) develops and sells nutritious + delicious on-the-go foods to people who want an edge. R.E.D.D. is headquartered in Portland, Maine.

Co-Founded the original LLC and helped to build, grow, and sculpt the Maine-based Energy Bar startup into a $3MM Brand with 10,000+ Distribution Points Nationally as well as a thriving e-commerce business through Amazon, Thrive Market, and reddbar.com. 

Managed key areas of the business including Operations, Inbound / Outbound Logistics, Inventory and Forecasting, AR / AP, Marketing / Creative, Office / Warehouse, Tradeshow, Packaging Design, Brand Creative Direction, Photography, and reddbar.com.

Directly Managed 1 FTE Warehouse / Office Employee and up to 8 Hourly Warehouse Staff.

Key collaborator with Co-Founder, CEO, and Advisory Board on strategic direction of company throughout tenure.
