Trajectory
Oct 2017 — Jul 2018
Sr. Sales And Service Manager · Danzeisen & Quigley
At D&Q, I led an internal sales and service team in a multi-sport store setting. As Sr. Sales And Service Manager I was responsible for the health of the retail bicycle business, the efficiency of the bicycle service department and the overall bicycle customer experience.
Leveraging my experience as a Product Manager, I reduced service department timelines by half, enacted a focused supply chain strategy and consistently delivered financial results by executing strategic sales initiatives.
Jan 2014 — Jul 2017
Product Manager · Trek Bicycle Corporation
First hired as Product Manager - Bontrager Wheels, I was later promoted to Product Manager - Electra Bicycles.
At Trek, I led the overall management of two separate aftermarket business units. The roles included responsibility for the unit's overall financial health, the development of its product line and the execution of multiple development projects. Additionally, while Wheel Product Manager with Bontrager, I managed the brand's OEM product offering, available exclusively to Trek Bicycles. The contributions directly resulted in reduced costing for complete Trek Bicycles and increased the quality of the entire Trek Bicycles product line.
I worked cross-functionally with multiple global teams to execute my strategic vision. Together, we consistently achieved “Best In Class” products, on time and below budget. These projects pushed the limits of performance and technology in the market while increasing revenue and profitability for Trek's global business.
Apr 2011 — Dec 2013
Product Manager · Advanced Sports Enterprises
First hired as an Inside Sales Representative, I was promoted to Fuji Product Manager - Lifestyle & City Bikes after four months with the company.
At ASE, I reestablished the Fuji Lifestyle & City Bike category as a viable and profitable option for our retailers. Leveraging our partners in Asia, the product line was completely overhauled. Focusing efforts on new frame platforms, modern specification selection, and a competitive pricing structure, the results directly increased Fuji's global market share and global profitability.
Jan 2010 — Apr 2011
Brand Manager · Bilenky Cycle Works & The Philadelphia Bike Expo
First hired as Brand Manager for Bilenky Bicycles, I was integral to the creation of the Philadelphia Bike Exposition acting as Co-Founder and Brand Manager in the shows first formative year.
