• Responsible for successful execution of orders from entry and production to final shipment on assigned accounts. Validated hundreds of EDI orders per week. Kept up to date on all customer packaging, packing, logistics, and other manuals. Translated information to factories and contractors. • Assisted sales reps. in planning, presenting lines, analyzing sales data and inventory levels. • Maintained WIP • Coordinated with buyers on orders, production status, and processed changes requested. • Individually managed over $10M in business per year, prior to being asked to create and run a team of Junior Project Managers and Production Coordinators. • Directing my team: Ran production and customer service for two of top three largest accounts in the company, JC Penney and Kohls, as well as various smaller-volume accounts including Macy’s, Saks, Nordstrom, Ross, Marmaxx, Dillards, and more. • Ensured compliance of all product to legal, licensor, and customer standards including CPSIA and FTC regulations. Designed QC reports and augmented the company’s new QC and testing department. • Managed several private label accounts with strict testing and quality requirements; overseeing factory audits and laboratory testing. • Maintained acceptable margin on accounts through analyzing costs, blank inventories, sales, and chargebacks. • Responded to customer chargebacks by executing corrective action plans and coaching factories. Worked closely with overseas factories and domestic contractors to ensure on-time delivery, coordinating all parts of the supply chain. • In addition to regular job duties, I organized all of my company’s social events including holiday parties and teambuilding activities just for fun!
