Randy Rataj here, I am a creative and marketing specialist focusing on modern platforms including social media and email marketing. I now have an extensive background working with "fast fashion" and current trends. Over the last 3 years I have focused on On-Demand Apparel production, for college students and social media influencers and creators. 

Working in fast pace environments with ever changing roles and demands is my forte, whether I am producing the next shoot for our social media and website content, or moving product through our production line to ensure orders are completed in a timely manner, I always have it covered.
 
My background and passion is in photography and graphic design, but I now am also experience in apparel production, production management, sales and marketing.

DUTIES
•Manage overall image of four in house brands.
•Create all marketing material, web images & site design. 
•Manage apparel design and production team.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS 
•Simultaneously manage four brands, producing over one million dollars in custom apparel per year, with over 50% of the business happening in 3 months. 
•Created an efficient production team that went from 60% of orders being completed on time before my arrival to over 95% on time completion rate.
 •Curated a catalog of apparel and goods that increased traffic to our website, and lead to the sale of more premium products with increased profits
