I’m an eCommerce, marketing, sales, and operations professional who has been working in the ski industry and now looking for new opportunities and challenges. 
 
My past experience includes working in the financial corporate world, running my own businesses, and working for many years at a large ski resort.  I have gained a tremendous amount of experience and skills over the years and for that I am very grateful.  My motivation now is to work for a company I believe in, with like-minded people, to help excel and grow the business. 

My experience in the corporate world has provided me leadership and organization skillsets and goal-oriented focus.  Running my own businesses, I have developed a creative entrepreneurial spirit and business savvy mindset to develop and manage all aspects of a business.  Working at a large ski resort for many years, I have further developed my technology, ecommerce, marketing and sales skills.

- Business conception, design, and development of apparel company.
- Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance

- Develop and lead the strategy and execution of the US Ski Mountaineering Association.
- Creation of of ficial USOPC compliant Bylaws, Board of Directors, Committees, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Oversight of all Standing and Functional Committees. Includes management and coordination of committee chairs,
establishing goals, and f acilitating execution plans to achieve results in line with the overall association strategy.
- Oversight of all internal operations, including contract and relationship management of outside partners.
- Serve as the President of the North American Ski Mountaineering Council.
- Serve on the International Ski Mountaineering Federation Council as the North American representative.

President

- Managed Central Reservations, team of 40, before shifting my  focus to ecommerce.
- Established strategic business plans and goals and objectives to increase ecommerce sales.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships and support technology platforms f or internal and external users.
- Identify and lead projects across platforms and departments within Copper and with outside partners.
- Increased and maintain ease of user experience to increase ecommerce sales conversion.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to maintain balance and continuity of the Copper marketing plan and strategy.
- Generate and implement new online sales initiatives to increase ecommerce sales and profitability.
- Provide expertise on current ecommerce industry best practices. Consult on cross -functional projects to ensure
-commerce principles are incorporated.
- Conduct ongoing research of new opportunities and technology to identify new areas of ecommerce opportunity.

eCommerce Manager

- Identified, researched and executed a business opportunity.
- Created and executed business plans and financial strategies and evaluated and expanded revenue growth.
- Established and maintained contract and relationship management, labor management and accounting.

Direct management oversight and execution f or all aspects of Intrawest Colorado's shared Marketing Operations that
included the Internet Marketing Team and the Graphic Design Team.
- Established and executed key strategies while providing leadership and strategic direction to the Internet Advertising and
Revenue Manager, the Internet Strategy Manager and the Design Manager. Developed RFP's, vendor evaluation and selection and ongoing vendor management f or internet projects.
- Executed strategic business planning and budgeting f or Intrawest Colorado Marketing Operations.
- Maintained a productive relationship with Directors within the Sales and Marketing Division as well as with the heads of relevant areas within Copper Mountain, Winter Park, Steamboat, Intrawest Colorado and Intrawest Corporate.

- Responsible f or coordinating the planning, development and implementation of business systems of large -scale projects
and to align technology solutions with business initiatives.
- Manage application maintenance projects with internal marketing staff and out sourced arranged vendors to prioritize and implement changes across multiple websites and applications.
- Monitored life cycles of projects to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
- Research, procurement, and management of contract vendors to assist with internet project engagements.

IT Project Manager / Vendor Manager

- Coordinated and supervised multiple website functionality enhancement testing efforts.
- Consulted and worked with internet project teams to identify and implement test strategies.
- Research and procurement of contract vendors to assist with internet project engagements.
- Vendor management including contract negotiation and service level reporting.

IT Quality Assurance Manager

- Successfully created and developed the Web Testing Team at Janus.
- Managed the testing effort for a multi million-dollar web project involving over f if ty testers.
- Hired and supervised a team of six quality assurance testers.

Business Projects Web Testing Supervisor

- Recruited, hired, trained, supervised, and evaluated staff
- Maintained inventory and sales of multiple lines of product in retail store.

Operations Manager

- Coordinated the design and manufacture of motion simulator rides.
- Assisted with development of motion simulator components ranging f rom circuit boards to pneumatic valves to graphics.
