Heavy data entry; work directly with the Accountant with various tasks - charging past due invoices, credit card processing, matching invoices to credit card receipts, logging charges in Accpac/Sage 300; charging prepaid invoices daily; release and track orders to warehouse; work directly with warehouse/operations manager with any requested tasks - finding missing orders/paperwork, tracking orders, etc., reconciling invoice discrepancies; obtaining and charging credit cards for 30 day terms customers; handle all warranties - wholesale and consumer - from beginning to end, including drafting RMA forms, sending FedEx labels, entering replacements, send tracking information, logging information; work directly with sales team/marketing to ensure uninterrupted sales/releasing of product - field calls from customers, look up tracking information, etc.; attend various trade shows to assist sales team with showing new lines.

Heavy data entry; enter extremely detailed and confidential client information into the MLIS system, assuring 100% accuracy in order to avoid HIPPA violations/discrepancies, while still meeting strict 24 hour deadlines; in charge of a team of 15 - answering questions, delegating tasks, tracking progress, writing 90 day and annual reviews; help supervise 40 employees in lab; handle discrepancies and questions from 90 + employees in office; enter very detailed and time sensitive specimen test results in both urine and genetics labs maintaining 100% accuracy; opening and prepping specimens according to SOP in both urine and genetics labs; help in writing SOP for the genetics entry process; experience in training new team members both in lab and in office to meet the high demand for speed and accuracy.
