With over 20 years of international experience, I would love to work in an administrative or operational position within the retail industry.

I have excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to work well within a team or proactively alone, superb organisation & time management skills and have multi tasking down to an art!

Responsible for running the day-to-day operations of a small but dynamic interior design office that specialised in the building of retail and F&B outlets (Oakley, Rip Curl, Tommy Bahama's, Beyond the Beach, Cinnabon and Seattle's Best Coffee to name a few).
This involved greeting guests, answering phones, ordering building materials, preparing purchase orders, tracking shipments, processing invoices, maintaining office supplies, handling the correspondence of the managing partner, scheduling and booking travel arrangements and managing the filing systems.

Office Manager

Managed all aspects of what it administratively took to successfully operate over 50 retail outlets (Beyond the Beach, Oakley, Rip Curl, Tommy Bahama's, Sea Folly and Beyond the Street).
This involved setting up and maintaining the office filing system, preparing orders and pick lists, tracking orders, processing invoices, staff rostering, commission and overtime calculating, leave scheduling, warranty and customer service, sourcing, purchasing and coordinating the installation of security systems, audio visual systems and people counting systems, ordering and maintaining store stationery, staff uniforms, cleaning supplies, invoicing materials, shopping bags, gift vouchers and much more.
I was also the link between the marketing department and retail outlets, ensuring all staff were aware of the ongoing promotions and special offers. 
I actively participated in the preparation and working of 16 annual blowout sales which were celebrated events within the local community.
