•	Assist Squaw retail management team with daily operations
•	Setup/breakdown/fix snowboards, skateboards, goggles

•	Track shipments/daily sales

•	In charge of North and South Lake Tahoe accounts as well as surrounding areas
•	Organize Stance racks or displays – ensure styles are displayed properly according to company standards
•	Count and fill – take notes of styles that are doing well or any that are slow to move
•	Work with store managers to see if they need anything or have any feedback
•	Distribute promotions to employees
•	Escalate events or marketing opportunities that are a good fit to stance sales rep
•	Open new Stance accounts

•	Prepared daily sales report – find out daily and hourly sales goal and delegate sales goals for each associate
•	In charge of online fulfillments 
•	Tracked units per transaction, dollars per transaction, hourly sales, loyalty program registrations
•	Assisted with scheduling
•	Assisted with merchandising of floor products and window displays 
•	Tracked company-wide top sales
