Responsibilities include: Manage the sales operations of Zillow Group’s Premier Agent Direct advertising product; 2017 ad sales exceeded $20M with YOY growth of 75%, providing real estate agents ad placement on the #1 leading real estate platform. Oversee sales and account management teams, training, processes and reporting including; content production, vendor management, ad placement, auditing, and all billing related activities, including performance-based ROI dashboards utilizing Salesforce for tracking regional and individual sales performance. Create client-facing KPI dashboards highlighting value through internal data, Facebook, and Google Analytics to monitor sales, demographics, click through rates, impressions, audience reach, and exposure.

Responsibilities included: Provide and audit strategic campaign recommendations to key decision makers to ensure optimal product performance using Tableau, Mode Analytics, Google DFP, and Salesforce. Create and traffickall new PA Direct ads in Google DoubleClick for Publishers. Triage all PA Direct customer service inquiries through ZenDesk.

-Responsibilities included: welcoming and on-boarding new accounts, building relationships with Real Estate professionals with the goal of optimizing their success while partnering with Zillow, managing a list of clients ensuring consistent and pro-active communication.

-Managing all re-sale properties by making sure they are consistently ready for showings and engaging with operations to correlate an agenda for Real Estate open houses. -Responsibilities include: opening and preparing re-sale properties for showings, generating a schedule for seasonal open houses and hosting them, coordinating home inspections, creating contructional punch lists for contractors on closed transactions.

-Providing every-day assistance to any member of the Sales & Marketing team and remaining in close contact with other departments regarding members and prospects. -Responsibilities included: staffing the sales office, answering and directing calls through the MXIE software, fleet maintenance on the Sales & Marketing vehicles, prospect shuttles to and from the airport.

-Learning the functions and synergistic importance of the Reservations Desk, frontline managers/supervisors, and director’s role with respect to planning, budgeting, and leading a highly effective team. -Completing a work load of a 12-credit internship to procure a Bachelor’s Degree. -Responsibilities included: guiding/organizing outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, ropes course, and rock climbing while promoting safety and enjoyment for the members of the Yellowstone Club.

-Supervised a team of instructors while making sure they were practicing the proper teaching techniques, carrying out a high level of customer service and promoting ocean safety on shore. -Responsibilities included: registering campers, preparing the campsites, developing and exercise program, educating campers on safety and the fundamentals of surfing.

-Provided lessons and instruction on shore, as well as in the ocean, to create a necessary foundation for the skillset needed to be successful on a surfboard.
