Help patron’s select food and beverages by presenting menus. Suggesting courses and explaining the chef 's specialties. Answering food preparation questions. Transmit orders to bar and kitchen by recording patron’s choices. Identifying patron’s special dietary needs and special requests. Obtain revenues by totaling charges,issuing bill, and accepting payment. Delivering bill and payment to host. Returning change or credit card and signature slip to patrons. Provide a welcoming phone greeting and follow guest ordering procedures. Convey menu information over the phone to guests and give accurate estimate of delivery time. Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary.

Loading, unloading, maintenance, repair and re-shelving of product. Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks with dispatcher and warehouse Team. Manage and develop systems to maintain a high level of inventory data integrity and process efficiencies. Ensure customer contract paperwork process is managed accurately and completely from open to close of order. Plan and manage temporary labor workforce in a strategic and cost-effective manner. Maintain inventory and the integrating processes. Lead the planning and execution of daily warehouse tasks and maintain a culture of teamwork, productivity, respect and professionalism. Educate warehouse team on safety procedures and guidelines. Create a culture where accountability to following safety guidelines is a priority.
