As the Marketing Manager, my main activities include:
•	Leading a 360-degree sports marketing and racing program which includes; key partnerships (moto America and American Flat Track), pro racer contracts, at-track support, rider appearances, content planning, product R&D, and an amateur rider support program. 
•	Strategically planning, designing and executing experiential activations at 25+ key events, races, and tradeshows throughout North America per year that focus on specific products and innovative technologies. 
•	Monitoring all marketing programs, campaigns and promotions across various channels including; email marketing, social media, online and print ad placements, and co-branding with partners.
•	Creating and maintaining relationships with endemic and non-endemic media, influencers, and high-profile individuals that help grow brand awareness in North America. 
•	Managing the Public Relations team whose primary objectives include; product placement, media launches, interviews, and outside-the-box activations that help tell the deep history of both the Dainese and AGV brands.
•	Oversee regional retail marketing plans that are catered to 8 different Dainese Stores throughout the United States (OC, SF, LA, NYC, ORL, CHI, SEA, LV).
•	Optimizing processes to ensure programs are executed on strategy, on time, on budget and aligned with a well-defined seasonal Go-To-Market strategy.



-	Built a field-marketing program from scratch that focused on building awareness and driving trial for a variety of Muscle Milk products. 
-	Launched a Campus Ambassador Program that includes 9 key Universities in Southern California.
-	Collaborated with the national social media team to create viral content which resulted in a 25K+ following increase for various social platforms over the course of 3 months. 
-	Led a field marketing team that supported 200+ events, impacted 1.4 million event participants, and sampled 330,000+ Muscle Milk bottles through strong one-on-one consumer education interactions.
-	Resolved inefficient internal recap reporting problems by building a website template that allowed easy access to all internal employees and partners.

Team Area Marketing Manager

•	Designed regional go-to market strategy that resulted in a growth of consumer brand awareness and year-to-year revenue increases of 10%+.
•	Created and maintained relationships with key internal and external players to support retail program planning, media buying, and securing event resources.
•	Collaborated with Pepsi sales counterparts (distribution partner) at local retail events and saw a +14% growth in sales in Southern California.
•	Led social media team with content creation for GIVE ME STRENGTH campaign, which resulted in a growth of 10,000 followers for various social media platforms over the span of 3 months.
•	Negotiated 150+ contracts for athletic, brand-centric, market relevant events, and sponsorships. 



Area Marketing Manager (Southern California)

-	Developed a sampling strategy for the Vitamin Water and Smartwater brand in the San Diego region focused heavily on the action sport community. 
-	Designed day-to-day customer engagement plans for brand ambassadors.
-	Negotiated event contracts and created activation plans primarily in the surf and skate communities.

Field Marketing Team Lead

-	Managed day-to-day operations of an entirely student-athlete run, multi-team organization, with a yearly budget of over $70,000.  
-	Kick-started a player developmental program that fed club players to the varsity level by hiring quality coaching staff.

Associated Students

-	Identified influential pro riders to invite to the camp and worked with camp owners to develop relationships with these key individuals. 
-	Activated post ride activities and pro athlete “meet and greet” opportunities for campers. 
-	Partnered with local athletes and key influencers to build the South Shore Soldier apparel line and brand through word-of-mouth marketing.
