•	Snowboard & Snowboard Boot Product Developer
•	Work with Footwear Designers, Board Designers, and Product Managers on construction techniques and processes to avoid potential issues, provide them with necessary technical information
•	Review Tech Packs, patterns, samples and tooling blueprints to make necessary adjustments
•	Create product calendars based on lead times and delivery schedules, tracking sample progress up through final production
•	Receive and inspect samples at each round and prepare revisions, testing samples at each stage to improve the final product
•	Maintain communication with factories to convey all necessary information, including timelines, sampling needs, materialization & other updates or changes
•	Review costing and make necessary adjustments in order to maintain target margins
•	Work closely with production department on product compositions, classifications, and costing
•	Collaborate with R&D on new concepts and materials
•	Travel to factories to improve communication, identify capabilities, and improve final products

Product Developer

•	Sell in and aid in sell through of Salomon and Bonfire snowboard products
•	Create and build relationships with new and existing dealers
•	Collaborate with product and design to create relevant products for the market
•	Participate in on-site demos, events and regional marketing
•	Service accounts and assist in creating the correct product mix for their individual needs
•	Promote Salomon and Bonfire brand messages

Independent Outside Sales Representative

•	Manage employees and daily shop operations
•	Manage all advertising and marketing materials
•	Buying of skateboard hard goods and apparel
•	Buying of men's and women's apparel and shoes
