Send It Solutions is a specialized consulting firm dedicated to supporting outdoor brands in their growth journeys. We offer a comprehensive suite of services, including digital strategy, website design, corporate partnerships, retail strategy, P&L management and forecasting, sales strategy, and marketing strategy. As the President, I lead our team in helping numerous companies navigate complex challenges related to sales, marketing, manufacturing, and business forecasting.

With over 50 years of combined experience in the outdoor industry, we understand firsthand the isolating nature of growing a business without the right support. Advanced to VP of Sales and Marketing role reporting to the CEO to serve as a key member of the executive team responsible for overall sales operations and marketing strategy for all five business channels: corporate, online/DTC, wholesale, retail, and service sales.  
												
•	Lead all aspects of the company’s day to day operations including sales and marketing strategy, product development, leadership and training, and P&L management for all 5 business units: corporate, wholesale, service, retail, and online sales.
•	Started the corporate sales division and turned it into the most profitable business unit in the company within 2 years. 
•	Promoted to the senior executive team to drive new business development, monitor, and improve sales forecasting and accelerate growth in all 5 business units. 
•	Executed organizational restructuring that led to record breaking years the past 5 years and guided the company through an acquisition in June of 2023.  
•	Overhauled company website to scale the online retail through various Shopify partners and agencies to record breaking year revenue my last 5 years. 
•	Secured wholesale partnerships with Coppell (Mexico & South America), Target, Amazon, Walmart, Zola, Expert Voice, as well as over 50 independent bicycle shops.  
•	Implemented best practices for sales and marketing strategy, business planning, forecasting, warehousing, human resources, and product development.
•	Developed executive-level presentations that lead to large scale brand partnerships and collaborations.



VP of Sales and Marketing

•	Responsible for all event planning and budgeting, marketing, sales forecasting, and P&L management for event consumer products at Red Bull North America. 
•	Managed all DOT compliance, logistics, inventory, reporting, marketing, and financials for the 2015 Red Bull event airstream tour.
•	Managed event planning, budgeting, inventory, and logistics for 47 event activations in 2015.
•	Responsible for $850,000 in sales through 47 consumer product activations in 2015.
•	Managed and trained on-site teams for merchandise activations at Red Bull events nationally.
•	Ideated, developed, and executed consumer product activations ranging from AMA Motocross, GRC Rally Cross, to large scale brand building events nationally and internationally.
•	Built consumer products associated budget and resource recommendations for each different event store activation.
•	Managed creative design process for products with creative agencies, local artists, or through strategic partnerships with brands on event-specific merchandise.



National Event Consumer Products Manager

•	Built underperforming territory into major producer – expanded client base by 81%.
•	Grew sales revenue 317% since taking on full territory/region management.
•	Landed largest account in division history, securing over 250k in annual reoccurring revenue.
•	Created and managed highly profitable (high ROI) multi-media marketing campaigns.
•	Helped multiple accounts grow their business upwards of at least 100k in revenue
through financial consulting, management training, and marketing campaigns.
