Multi Million-dollar Company selling apparel throughout the United States. Pioneered the first line of TMCA fitness and tennis apparel. Managed major key accounts along with sales planning and managing sales reps around the country. Spearheaded cross-functional initiatives to achieve marketing presence in the field. Trained, coached and mentored a team of 7 to ensure smooth adoption of the new line.

Sales Manager 

As a specialty account manager delivered quarterly sales goals, inventory management, and sell-thru for shoes and accessories for an $8.5M account base which included Key Account, Specialty Independents, high volume and internet accounts. Member of the Rep Advisory Board and represented the West Coast in all Merchandise and Sales Planning Meetings and Member of the Tennis Advisory Board with involvement in all tennis summit meetings. Strengthened company's business by leading implementation of the On Boarding Training for all new sales reps and piloted the initiation of rollouts for all new enterprise software solution for sales reporting.
